Meet The Team
Jennifer Quagliariello, LCSW
Jen is not a fan of using cliché therapy jargon about journeys and wellness, preferring instead to be her authentic self - a quirky New Yorker who now calls the South home (and is grateful for her barely-there accent!). When she isn’t working, Jen spends her time cooking, traveling, and hiking with her friends and fluffy pup, Enzo Cannoli.
With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jen is passionate about providing individuals and couples with a non-judgmental space where they can safely explore their thoughts and feelings. Her goal is to help clients develop the skills and insight they need to lead fulfilling lives.
Jen has specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy for the treatment of trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and has experience helping individuals who experience depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Working together, you will determine which approach will best meet your needs.
Enzo Cannoli
Meet Enzo! This fun-loving pup is a ball of energy who's always up for a game of fetch and has a bit of a weakness for squeaky toys.
Along with his playful side, Enzo is a great listener with a keen sense of hearing, and he'll bark at just about anything that piques his interest.
Ash
Say hello to Ash, a curious and playful kitten who just can't resist exploring everything around her!
Ash loves to make appearances during video sessions to give everything a thorough inspection - camera and keyboard included!
